Absolutely the worst place to go for insurance, the lady training the new employee has 0 idea what she’s doing (Literally words from another employee working there) way over charged me for pst on a vehicle. ( It’s a 6 month waiting period for a refund) completely rude and totally unprofessional behaviour from her. Called and left voicemails there, requested multiple call backs from this dump and have received absolutely nothing back from them. I’ll never go back and have been a customer for over 10 years here.

She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while guiding me through the process of setting up insurance for my car. I truly appreciated her friendly and professional approach.
