Fran Miko at Westland Red Deer was easy to talk to. There was a problem when our daughter went to renew her Home insurance. Fran listened, “heard” what we were telling her and made us feel that she was going to find a solution. She was able to get to the bottom of the renewal dilemma by the end of the day. We met with Fran again in her office the next morning to sign a New policy which was at a much better rate than we were quoted by another broker/agent from another Agency, for the renewal.
