There is representative named Sining song. She was very impatient. Not good from a customer service aspect.
The agent Sining Song here was absolutely polite, humble and friendly and answered all my questions and made the process so smooth to get the Manitoba’s license and explained everything in detail and others documents I required, I have met her twice at this office and both the visits were absolutely fantastic and excellent
Just moved to Manitoba from another province so this was my first experience with Manitoba bureaucracy and the experience was great! Sining Song was very helpful and patient with getting my whole family registered for ID’s and a drivers licence. the office environment is also comfortable and it wasn’t overly busy toward the end of the day.
