I like going here for all my insurance need it has been my one stop shop lately, everyone there is helpful, Kashmeera, Mag Jessie as well as the new girl Sining always happy to help they have gone out of their way to help me when I moved from out of province calling Mechanics to get appointments for me to get safety for my car as that was my last day of insurance from my previous insurance. Today as well was a good experience
Unprofessional handling of a simple request. I was assisted by Sining Song, asked to leave and return with documents, and explicitly checked if there was anything else I should know. I returned before the posted closing time and found the doors locked with staff inside and no acknowledgment. This shows a clear lack of communication and respect for clients’ time. This is not an acceptable standard of service.
