We went here with my husband, Kashmeera help us on our driver's license. She's soo kind and very helpful tho it took a bit long because she has to ask MPI for some approval but she's been so nice during the process!
⭐ 1/5 Very disappointing experience at the Westland Insurance Pembina Highway branch. The young lady who assisted me came across as rude and was not helpful with my questions. I expected better customer service from an insurance office. Management should provide staff with better customer service and communication training. Customers should be treated with patience, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience at this branch was not positive.
I go West Land insurance near Pembina Highway in the morning and their service was tobthe next level. And they explained to me everything as I was new and totally beginning.In general I was satisfied with their service. I highly recommend.
