Very disappointing experience. I went to this Westland Insurance location specifically because the advertising/signage indicates that they offer business insurance. However, when I went there and asked about business insurance for my company, I was told that they do not provide it at this location. If a location does not offer business insurance, the advertising should be clear and accurate so customers don’t waste their time going there.
