Fastest and easiest renewal process ever. I appreciated the text reminders when the renewal date was getting close, and really appreciated the ability to do this all by telephone. Savneet Singh was my agent and absolutely wonderful through the whole process. He was also really helpful in explaining my choices as I went along Highly recommend!
I walked in today to renew my car insurance, and Matthew was legit fantastic to work with! He took what can feel like a tedious process and somehow made it enjoyable - some people just have awareness and know how to interact with humans in a light and warm way while also doing a great job. I have never reviewed an insurance broker before but here we are 😂5 stars, give this person a raise, thank you.
