Sadly this is not a positive review, nothing change after another not so good review for its Arbutus and also West 8th Locations. I have to address ONE thing that I do not feel like I am being treated with respect with its agents from Westland. I went to the Point Grey office in mid July spoke with Fatemeh Alavi, mentioned that I DO NOT want to deal with the Abutus office, and prefer to deal with her. Couldn’t recommend this location more highly. I needed car insurance on very short notice, and landed on this location after checking out a few other places in UBC/Kerrisdale. Since I was bringing a vehicle from out-of-state, there were a lot of sneaky nuances I couldn’t readily find on Reddit or trust ChatGPT not to hallucinate on.
