Ursula Powell was very professional, informed and clearly described the policy proposed. Only downside was waiting for responses as she seems to be very busy. Plan on seeking a quote well in advance of the need for coverage. Other than that, smooth sailing. A little more expensive than some competitors, but the clarity of the explanations on the website and in Ursula's responses convinced us that this was the best deal for us.
