This isn't the first time I've used this office's services, and I can say it's frustrating and bordering on hostile when you ask about the excessive wait times for each transaction, sometimes taking up to four times longer than at any other office for the same process. The raised voices when speaking to customers are frequent, demonstrating a lack of professionalism. Even though it's one of the insurance offices closest to my house, I won't be going back... I don't like the way customers are treated there!
I called to ask 2 specific questions and was given the complete opposite truth from both those questions, based on calling ANOTHER Westland insurance location. Which gave me correct information and was very kind to speak with. Never coming to this location based on this phone call and previous experiences I’ve had here
Highly recommended this location. Chris helped me register my car from Ontario and made it quick and easy! He’s an insurance wizard!
Slow and a bit of a hassle
Mary- Augusta Echegirl at the Langley Westland location was very helpful and understanding. When we were filling out paperwork she gave us lots of good advice and was patient as we were filling it out!!
