I had a very disappointing experience at this Autoplan/ICBC office. In my opinion, Balreet Sidhu provided extremely poor customer service. I found her to be rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and instead of receiving helpful guidance, I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this office and will be taking my business elsewhere.
