We had a tricky insurance need and we went to Westland Insurance at The Ponds in Kelowna. There we met Ann and from there it just got awesome! Ann is professional, courteous and very very knowledgeable. Ann had to call ICBC at least three times and she handled them with grace and style. We really appreciated her going the extra mile in the customer service department. We highly recommend her and Westland Insurance.
