We went to register our new car at the Pond office. The agent there didn't know how to do it or how to cancel the old insurance. She was completely incompetent. She sent us to the Likeshore office, but even there we encountered two agents who had no experience filling out paperwork or handling insurance. Ultimately, we canceled the old car's insurance and went to a different company to register the new one.
