Phone call with Shelley in Duncan/cowichan to help with adding drivers, and she was very helpful and informative, made the process very straight forward and easy to do, and was very pleasant on the phone.
My experiences with the agents at Westland Insurance have been positive, but Keiran Anderson stands out for the highest level of customer service. I spoke with him a few months ago, asking questions about auto insurance renewal for my vehicle that lives on the Island while I don't so my driver's license is from another province.
