I had an exceptional customer experience from Mamta today. I was on a mountain in the middle of nowhere and my insurance expired. I used my Starlink and called a broker. I have never renewed my insurance over the phone and was dreading it. Mamta made it a very easy process. She answered all my questions and processed my renewal very quickly. Maybe even quicker than going to an office. It was so easy I may never go into an actual office again.
Kirat was very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Gaurav was very patient and friendly today, Sep 5, 2025. On Sep 5 2026 Tan was very patient and polite, too!
I really appreciate Tan for helping me to renew my insurance on call. He guided me all the policies comes under my insurance plan in very simple way. Thanks to Tan.
