Have had my home insurance with them for 4+ years now. Went in week ago to ask questions and for additional insurance. Haven't gotten a response for a week now. Last time I had questions also didnt get any answers for over a week until I had to call multiple times to get answers. Going to be looking elsewhere next time my home insurance renewal is up
I’ve been with Westland for 5 years now. My broker Arafat always did his best to assist me in all of ly inquiries and request. I did insurance claim in 2024 and it was a smooth and fast response from our insurance provider with the help of Westland. Highly recommend. Thumbs up.
