This place is the worst. After a very disappointing experience at my last renewal, where my questions weren't being answered but I was called and reprimanded by a manager for taking too long to respond and for expressing my frustration to the broker who wasn't answering my questions. I might add that the the broker accidentally sent me an email that was intended for her manager. It was an email that no customer should ever see!!
