I was hesitant to go back into Westland insurance after having a very poor experience with another branch. Rose (team lead) however turned that experience around for me. She took the time to make it right and got me my home insurance quote and was able to issue the policy right on the spot. She was personable and friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had. Hats off to Rose for the excellent customer service she provided to me. I would come back to this Branch anytime.
