I found the customer service to be lacking (I had to ask several times for questions to be answered, and no prices were provided before they added a vehicle to my policy, which resulted in a whole run around because it massively went over-budget). I honestly cannot say enough good things about Linda Garbencius Senior Digital Sales Advisor at Westland Insurance. We had just moved here from Winnipeg and were under a lot of stress trying to get our insurance sorted out. We’ve been with Westland for over 7 years. In the beginning, the service was excellent, responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with. Unfortunately, as the company has grown, the level of customer service has noticeably declined.
