Went at 1030. Opens at 10. No one there and no sign on the door explaining why. Not impressed.
Absolutely awful! They are not qualified - pushed me to get service line insurance for my home so I did but didn’t tell me that having a sump pump requires sewer back up insurance, my sump pump failed, got clean water back up and they won’t cover it! Never even had a claim before! Don’t use Westland - they are a huge waste of time and money!
Went into this location to renew my drivers license, with a new photo, as well as request a drivers abstract for my job. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for service, the woman that helped me advised that I couldn't request a drivers abstract there, I had to go directly to an MPI service centre. When I said, you used to do this is this a new rule? Her response, "yes, we decided as well as MPI decided to stop doing it through brokers as no one ever picked their abstracts up." i finished my transaction and went outside to my ve... read more
I visited this location today. There was a young woman working there who was very unfriendly, rude and snarky. I had heard stories about this location before but experienced it for the first time. Avoid if you don’t want negative energy infused into your day . There was not one smile or thank you or a polite comment throughout the 20 min interaction - if this is good customer service then I am an astronaut.
