Ugh, where to begin! Repeated issues, simply bad in every aspect. Don’t use ANY Westland Insurance location, any other broker would be better if you want professional advice cause this company definitely does not have it!
Went at 1030. Opens at 10. No one there and no sign on the door explaining why. Not impressed.
Absolutely awful! They are not qualified - pushed me to get service line insurance for my home so I did but didn’t tell me that having a sump pump requires sewer back up insurance, my sump pump failed, got clean water back up and they won’t cover it! Never even had a claim before! Don’t use Westland - they are a huge waste of time and money!
Went into this location to renew my drivers license, with a new photo, as well as request a drivers abstract for my job. After waiting nearly 10 minutes for service, the woman that helped me advised that I couldn't request a drivers abstract there, I had to go directly to an MPI service centre. When I said, you used to do this is this a new rule?
