Lucy was really helpful when we went in to get car insurance. She made sure we knew about all our options. She was very friendly and it was a very pleasant experience.
Lucy was great. The other autopac I went to was rude and denied to place my old last name as my maiden name. Lucy thoroughly checked the procedures and even contacted mpi, which the other broker denied to do. But in the end she helped me update my full name change. I should've came here the first time.
If you need commercial vehicle insurance without a safety fitness certificate, you can get it here, however they may charge you double the PST on new registrations. It took me 4 visits to their office, plus 6 hours of time in calls with MPI Commercial, Motor Carrier Division and Infrastructure to figure out what the broker was supposed to be checking me for, since they couldn't dictate exactly how I go about acquiring the paperwork that I needed.
