One of the worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with. First off, they either never answer the phone and/or never return messages. I put a claim in to inquire about a water damage claim, they denied it but still considered it to be a claim on my mothers insurance. No one really seems to know what they are doing in the office on Henderson Hwy. I tried multiple times to change issues on the policy. Things like a simple name correction were never completed. Came in without an appointment and was served right away. Met with Angie regarding my home insurance and she was extremely helpful and professional. Excellent service!
Tammy provided solid support at a time when I needed it most. She worked collaboratively with the adjuster to honor a policy that was missing key information due to a personal oversight. I highly recommend.
