Called Westland this AM, to cancel a part of our home owners policy which we do not require any longer. Jared Smith answered the phone and we had it all completed within an hour. He was prompt, efficient and courteous. Was so easy! We have had our home owners insurance with Westland for years and always find them very knowledgeable and friendly!
I spoke with Syuzanna, she was excellent and very efficient at getting the job done. I really was amazed with the results and highly recommend. Thank you for everything Syuzanna and Westland team! Update: I also have spoken with Billie who is one of the most pleasent agents you could ever meet. Highly recommended to speak with her. I commend Westland for hiring such great people!
