Always had great customer service at Westland for many years. After a mix up where I ignorantly canceled my old insurance while between cars I was getting unbelievably high quotes as if I was a brand new driver. I called the MacKenzie town location and was lucky enough to get Shannon who was incredible, going above and beyond to get me sorted out with my old insurance company.
