I wanted to take the time to write a great review for Westland Insurance. Alisha Tse was professional, polite, knowledgeable and quick in helping me get vehicle insurance for my “new” (to me) used car! The entire process was quick and straightforward. I would definitely recommend Westland Insurance to anyone looking for vehicle insurance and a smooth, hassle-free experience.
They deleted my personal theft coverage (including bikes) without telling me. I pay $7,000 a year for house and property coverage and apparently having 2 bikes stolen in four years is more risk than an insurance company can handle! Make sure you call to get the full policy updates every year when you renew since the documentation they send doesn't include details - they arbitrarily change those without telling you.

Insurance (Auto & Home) has become even more complicated and expensive now. Veronica Dyho helped me navigate through all of that. She was patient, helpful and resourceful. At least now, I know I have my insurance setup at the best rate possible. Thanks Veronica! 🙂
