Keeps transferring to East village branch where my call never gets answered and i am on line for 10+ minutes then the call just ends up by itself forcing me to leave message on tone which i never get a callback from By far the worst customer support experience I’ve experienced for getting an auto insurance yet

My experience with vehicles has NOT been top-tier. However, my experience with Westland Insurance absolutely has been! I personally have worked with Jayron Reynoso on getting my last 3 vehicles insured and he has always been incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and lightning fast!!
