Apparently they sell covers under the name Great Lakes Boat Tops also. They deserve zero stars. I purchased a cover from them in 2016 and it fit perfectly. I ordered another 2 months ago and they could not get it right. The first attempt had multiple issues and was about 1.5 ft too short. I had to take photos twice to send to them so they could figure out what was wrong. The second attempt was much closer but the windshield location was again, about 1.5 ft out of position. Seemed like a great cover and warranty until I needed the warranty. They denied my claim but sent a tear-aid repair instead of honoring the warranty. Cover is a little over a year of use and seams are starting to come apart, but I reached out due to a hole. It's on a flat surface of the boat, no chance of anything wearing on it, but the cover is disintegrating. Seems there is a problem with the sunbrella fabric on this one. This review isn't about the product but the customer service and why I will only buy Westland. I ordered a cover and it didn't fit. Not Westland's or my fault but Bayliner had mounted my tower in a none standard position. The customer service there went out of the way to help me measure my boat and had me mark the cover to send back to them. Aprox two weeks later my cover showed up. Fit and finish was perfect but the customer experience I had with a frustrating situation was even better. They could have just said tough luck ... read more
Had a custom fit sunbrella cover for my 80s Malibu made. Spot on fit and finish. Wouldn't buy anywhere else for a replacement.
