Racist. They do not help you they pick who they actually want to help. I’ve literally been going through hell since being on this program. My worker Michelle Wicker does not communicate properly or at all but sends you alot of documents that’s not explained (I never been on this program) the inspectors don’t do what they’re suppose to do either and. Unfortunately this place has gone down hill, although I am very grateful for the programs, the lack of communication with staff & your worker is very bad. It takes a week to get a response no matter how many times you call & email. I think my worker secretly despises me because it seems as if Im intentionally ignored repeatedly. This is heartbreaking because despite my kindness, kind words, words of appreciation and all the communication is never enough.
