The employees do the bare minimum, and management doesn't seem to hold anyone accountable. There's a clear lack of professionalism, and it's reflected in how the property is run. Customer service is poor, concerns are brushed aside, and nothing ever seems to improve.
Maintenance is painfully slow unless it's something that benefits the property, like the new house they're building. Once that project is finished, it'll likely be back to the same bare-minimum effort. Repairs take forever, and many issues seem to be ignored. Parking is another major downside. Finding a spot can be a hassle, and the outside parking areas don't feel safe. Absolutely terrible place to live. The only reason any work is getting done is because they're rebuilding the house that burned down. The workers are some of the rudest people I've dealt with zero manners, constantly disrespectful, and just unpleasant to be around. The office staff are no better. They never seem to do anything useful and spend more time complaining than actually helping residents. Save yourself the headache and don't rent here.
terrible place..
only “fix” the place when its time to sell a new home. apart from that, itll be radio silent from management. if you have 2 or more cars youll have to park outside which ive seen many cars with broken windows and the area can get sketchy at night. parking in the street is also a hassle as spots fill up fast and youll probably spend 5-15 minutes just getting to your car (if you live in the far side of the park, good luck. theres only two exits you can walk through and theyre all the way in the front). the rules of the place a... read more
