Came here with my cousin for the first time Today and fire me this place is just absolutely amazing. The equipment feels smooth and new. Everyone here is very nice and they all want you to better yourself!!
Awesome, small gym. Mike, the owner, is a personable guy and his facility is just what we were looking for in an affordable gym. It's got everything you really need.
Moved here recently from the Forum Coliseum in Westland which was a garbage gym. Talk about upgrade. Good equipment for deadlifts and can lift heavy here. Great staff and smells clean. Has that old school lifting vibe
