Front desk staff is rude and unhelpful when asked questions about when to book appointments. Doctors are good.
ALL receptionist are so rude. I honestly don’t understand how people get jobs to answer phones and provide customer service but have zero skills in doing so. Everyone’s job is stressful, but you don’t need to take it out on people looking to book a simple appointment. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.
I called on January 30 for a simple referral for a DEXA scan. This could have been done in 30 seconds over the phone. The receptionist (who was a little unprofessional over the phone) insisted that wasn't an option and said I'd have to come in person for the doctor to do any kind of paperwork. Instead I made an online appointment with TIA Health and got the referral after a couple minutes on the phone.
