I’ve been going to this doctor’s office for years. Dr. Perry has delivered all four of my children, and she has been absolutely amazing every single time. She was there for each of my deliveries, and everything went so smoothly. You can truly tell how experienced she is—she always stays calm and never seems stressed, which made me feel so comfortable and confident in her care. They need more front end staff like Tina! She gets to know people, understands people and makes it feel like the most welcoming experience. Always greets me by my first name, and has been around since I was pregnant with both my kids, so we’ve seen a lot of each other. Now, anytime I need to get in with my kids she always helps even if it’s squeezing something in last minute. Westland Family Practice should be very proud to have Tina.
I have to say, previous reviews made me nervous about this clinic, but I have had nothing but good experiences over the last 6 months that my daughters and I have been patients here. It sometimes takes awhile to get in with the doctor, but for urgent child illnesses like ear aches or skin issues they have gotten my kiddos in quickly (same or next day) with a nurse to be assessed.
