We’ve been a customer for years. Always had a wonderful experience. The new store manager (Eric) who was hired a month ago has zero customer relationship experience. Never responds to outreach and could seemingly careless about tenured relationships. We are moving our business elsewhere until new management is in place.
They don’t answer phones or return calls. Frustrating
