Very dissapointing
Shauntai Yeargins and her office manager tried to charge me 3x the amount that I usually pay and claimed that my insurance could have changed when I just saw another therapist not even a week prior for the same thing and procedure code. She definitely isn’t in it for the rewarding experience of helping others she’s only in it for the money. I called the insurance company because she kept pressing that they would call for me. I went to heigra 2/2/23 the intake specialist told me they couldn't help me there referred me out and here it is 7 mths later and no one has contacted me from referral and I called in left several messages to WCC. Desk lady at heigra on wayne rd was NOT VERY helpful at all they like to push off. They make you feel even more lost
The lady answering the phone seemed as though she was rushing me off the phone. I am happy I came and read the reviews they explained it all. I won't be going here.
