Well every time I have a appointment I am there for 3-4 hours now I have been waiting 13 days for my refills so as we speak after I am done doing this I am finding a new doctor never again
This is most horrible place to receive medical care. First, you have to be treated like a bother to get an appointment. Then upon arrival, they quickly snatched your co-pay and you are seated to wait. The appointment time is merely an arrival time for you. Never been to an appointment that was on time or even within the hour. Dr was not very impressive either. From temper tantrums because you dare ask a question to talking about options that won't work for the patient at hand. Absolutely horrible.
I like dr Elias its to bad that he surrounds himself with a very unprofessional staff in particular Kelly that is supposed to be the receptionist such is your first contact is really rude and will hang up on you but it doesn't get any better when you reach Diana little more professional but still that why are you bothering me attitude can't you see I'm to busy for you
This place a hot mess!! Where do they get their doctors from?? No one knows an elbow from an a**hole here. Never called back regarding important diagnostic tests (multiple times) and Medical assistants have no clue how to read blood pressure!! If you don't mind being misdiagnosed and plan a early death go see these poor excuses for medical personnel, from front end to back end they all stink!! The only reason they got 1 star from me is because it made me select a rating!
I had a problem with my bill. I spoke with the billing supervisor, Debbie who snickered at me and my frustration no less than 3 times. This office also sent me bills for my dead father, and Debbie could not explain why it was sent to me from the Westland Clinic office. Very very unsatisfied. I feel I was not fully informed on how I would be billed, and treated poorly when I tried to get information on the situation. I will now boycott Westland Clinic and all Botsford related services.
Dr. George Elias and the other doctors & nurses are the best I've EVER came across! I want to steal his DNA and clone him to create a nation full of docs & nurses like em!!!
I absolutely enjoyed this clinic. The doctors are very friendly and thoughtful. When I wasn't feeling my best, they took good care of me. I would definitely recommend Westland Clinic.
