Westland’s team did such a great job on my mom’s kitchen and entryway flooring. Steve and his team were very helpful and provided great customer service with good quality work. They were fast and efficient during the installation. My mom is extremely happy with how her floors look. The vinyl flooring revamped her kitchen making it look a lot more spacious and beautiful. When time and finances permit I will definitely be going to them to have my new flooring installed. I highly recommend them.
Westland just did about 2/3 of the floors in our house. We are very pleased! Steve was highly responsive to our needs. No pressure. He came out a couple times to measure and let us keep the samples for as long as we needed to pick the right product and color. The install crew was excellent! They were very professional and finished in about 3 days (we were told it would take a week). We have a lot of custom features and molding so it was not an easy install. Outdoor carpet we received did not match the sample. They were supposed to level out part of the patio area, but did not really get it right. There is still a part of the patio that is lower than the rest. Better than it was before, but seemed they rushed the job. They failed to close the gate when they left, so our backyard was exposed all night. They also failed to clean up some of the scraps from the demo of the old carpeting. Would not recommend their work.
