I have been a patient with the Westlakes Medical Centre since Bruce MacArther started at fishing point over 30 years ago. Recently I required a referral to a Neurologist in Broadmeadow I phoned three times and was told each time by the receptionists they would send it straights over , 2 months later it still hasn't arrived. Poor way to treat long term clients. I will no longer attend this practise.

The doctors there are absolutely lovely, and I can’t express enough about how much they care and work through your issues. The two star review is due one of the receptionists, they are incredibly rude and dismissive of the concerns and inquiries you have. This is a common occurrence that not only happens to myself but others I’ve talked to as well. It can be incredibly damaging to someone’s mental health when they are already struggling and are treated with a lack of care from this particular receptionist. Such a shame since... read more
