This is a very beautiful clean trailer park. Multiple ponds and lots of geese..I have a few friends that live here And I also work there monthly trimming trees. I only have 4 stars because u can't fish in the ponds. Except once a year...and I looooove to fish. Other then that I would give 5 stars.
Visit a friend. Too many speed bumps. WHY

An oasis in Visalia, Ca? Yes! Life in Westlake Village 55+ Manufactured Home Park is like living in a resort! Lakes with fish, turtles, ducks, geese (and their babies). Shady yards and streets, friendly neighbors. A community swim pool and clubhouse with regular planned games and gatherings. I am thrilled to have found my home here. All major shopping is literally minutes away. Management is responsive, too. If you’re looking for a beautiful relaxed Community for people 55 and over, this is it.
