Park manager has done everything possible to interfere with sale of a home based on rules, codes and laws tag don’t exist. Beginning to seriously doubt wanting to buy in any Mobil home park, much less this one. Can’t understand how park owner has allowed this travesty to continue. Totally understand why home owners would want to sue. Your reputation is soiled.
