Filthy. Their parking garage and attached stairwells smell like urine all the time. When was the last time they power washed in there?? Their dumpster is routinely left open with the filth and smell allowed to spread all over the place. The corridor from the mall to the garage is always full of flies and smells so bad, people cover their mouths and noses as they walk thru. Looks like a third world country.
