If you live here get ready for Manuel to be rude. Once I was ACCIDENTALLY $15 short on a money order and he aggressively said they do not take partial payments. And the payment system here is messed the hell up. I had to fight to get them to take the money order while living here. Go ahead and ask him how they take payments. Ask Manuel he'll rudely tell you. i hate it here😅 the office is terrible, disrespectful and dont care about complaints. almost every trailer has roaches in this neighborhood.. they turn off the water without even warning us AND im like 99% sure they’re not licensed to do so. black shit comes through the pipes all the time so i can’t even feel comfortable giving my baby a bath here which should say a lot. i was washing her baby bottles one day in the kitchen sink and black stuff just started coming out of the faucet and got all over my hands and all over her... read more
Went to Westmoore to look at a home.for sale. I talked with Charlotte there and she said that she had to pull my credit to see if I would qualify before showing me the house. I said long as it's a soft pull that is fine. This women sent my information to 21st Mortgage for a loan on a house i have never seen. Just be careful going there. No one should have to fill out a credit check before seeing a home.
