i hate it here😅 the office is terrible, disrespectful and dont care about complaints. almost every trailer has roaches in this neighborhood.. they turn off the water without even warning us AND im like 99% sure they’re not licensed to do so. black shit comes through the pipes all the time so i can’t even feel comfortable giving my baby a bath here which should say a lot. i was washing her baby bottles one day in the kitchen sink and black stuff just started coming out of the faucet and got all over my hands and all over her... read more
Went to Westmoore to look at a home.for sale. I talked with Charlotte there and she said that she had to pull my credit to see if I would qualify before showing me the house. I said long as it's a soft pull that is fine. This women sent my information to 21st Mortgage for a loan on a house i have never seen. Just be careful going there. No one should have to fill out a credit check before seeing a home.
They sold us a lemon and it takes them months to fix a water leak and I trailer is sinking now we have holes in the floor and the tile is coming up where the trailer is coming a part. Should of never moved here. Plus when you buy here u are locked in a contract for four years there pool has the concrete coming up and I tripped over it was bleeding from both of my legs.

I lived here for a year. The first couple of months was fine. However, depending on which street you're on, good luck. Office staff do nothing. Maintenance is always around but good luck getting them to fix anything that is not an emergency. Kudos to Mike, though. He definitely did the most for us. He helped us even after being bit by a neighbor's dog one day. The park is full of cats. I have never seen anything like it in my life.
