My daughter has thrived since starting at Kindercare Westlake. I love the curriculum, as well as the fun activities that they offer for the kids. The staff is wonderful! I highly recommend Kindercare Westlake!
my cousins baby got his fingers broken and was bitten multiple times by the same baby, when asking staff what happened they gave multiple different stories and didnt seem to even know, she asked to see the camera footage (since they do have cameras in every room) and they said they were broken. which it is against the law for these cameras to be broken since they’re supposed to be watching kids and obviously these kids are not being kept safe. no kid should ever have to be scared to go into a facility where theyre supposed t... read more
We have had a wonderful experience with sending both of our children to the Westlake KinderCare. Ms. Diana and Ms. Ayleen in the infant room have been so nurturing and patient as our babies adjusted to a new daily routine of no longer being at home. Our toddler has loved getting to know his teachers, Mr. Greg, Ms. Maja, and Ms. Juanita. We love the team at westlake KinderCare and have had a very positive experience for our boys there! The staff go above and beyond to make it a welcoming environment for both the parents and the children. It is not easy to have someone else watch your child, especially a baby, especially your first baby! The managers and teachers are very understanding and supportive of the tough transition from maternity leave to back to work.
