Absolutely terrible company. They work with shady dealers to sell you subprime loans on junk cars. They also never have real people respond to your complaints or issues after you've signed up. The only time they have a real person talk to you is to confirm your application. Expect to be sent through a phone loop or sent to an AI if you have a major issue with your vehicle.

Very horrible rude service. Haven’t had my car a full 45 days. Trying to make a payment, trying to speak so someone live on the phone couldn’t never get through, spoke to someone on chat and she was very very rude. This isn’t the type of service I want to have when paying bills and having questions. Highly dissatisfied!!!!
They haven't been sending out work verification forms to HR at my work and I'm about to lose the loan and my car and the $4,000 down payment on my car. My workplace let's the employees do there own work verification though a third-party. But WestLake would not expect it. When most workplaces are doing that more often now
