I called with my sister in law Jenny Sanchez and rep Maria Oretga was so rude talking over us and all we wanted was a balance zero letter I told her she has no customer service skills said she don't need customer service as this is a charge off account I work for the biggest law firm that collect on charge off accounts ands if I spoke like this to customer I would not have a job Horrible Horrible Horrible

Absolutely terrible company. They work with shady dealers to sell you subprime loans on junk cars. They also never have real people respond to your complaints or issues after you've signed up. The only time they have a real person talk to you is to confirm your application. Expect to be sent through a phone loop or sent to an AI if you have a major issue with your vehicle.
