Two years ago, I came to this plant to load Epon-Resin 828LS with an appointment at 8:00AM and I left at 1600PM. Three years later, I come to load the same product with an appointment at 8:00AM, and it's 1510PM and I'm still waiting for my paperwork. This is the last time I'm coming to this plant. It's not worth it. They don't care if you run out of driving hours. It helps to have a Twic card. They want to look into the cab of the truck and open the doors on the trailer. Overall easy check in and out
This plant is very stricked about their policies so be ready with your TWICCard and open all doors and the hood of your vehicle, it will help to move you on down the Kane faster
Clowns, we are picking up loads from them 2-3 times a month ,every time calling to the shipper to let them know we are going to be there, they are never pick up the phone , not professional
