We took our 2005 trailblazer to these people trusting them to fix it and get me my car back the way it was when we dropped it off. Well they have it for a week then my husband pays it and we go pick it up after work. Well,for NO reason at all,they ripped my console off and had the audacity to LEAVE IT ripped up w plastic that broke off of it in the seat. Kelly, we understand that the situation may be a bit upsetting. The car was towed in Thursday afternoon. The shifter was broken and the shifter cable was disconnected. We found damage from a screwdriver being jammed into the shifter several times. We had to buy a completely new shifter with the shift lock out solenoid on it and it was not in stock and took one extra day to get. Very good work! My rams filter, like many others, is positioned in an area where when changed it drips onto some of the undercarriage. The guy doing my oil change took extra time to make sure it was cleaned well before finishing work. They did the multipoint check and gave good feedback rather than up selling a bunch of non needed work.
The WestLake Service Team is awesome. They have been servicing our two autos for the past three years + and have provided my wife and I with excellent customer and mechanical service. We consistently recommend Westlake to friends and anyone who ask us if we know of a reputable auto service center.
Took my wife’s care up there for a normal oil change and tire rotation.. to drive it away and they didn’t tighten the guard that goes on the bottom back up. Which stranded my wife today as she had it dragging across the road.
I went thinking I was going to get a free oil change (had a coupon that they sent me in the mail). When I got there they said my car requires a special type of synthetic Oil and it would cost extra. Then they did a complete walk around and found a couple of minor items that needed attention. They did great work but I went in there expecting not having to pay anything and it ended up costing $36!!
