terrible place! never recieved a bill untill collections called almost a year later from the time of the procedure. Billing had the wrong address and didnt even bother to call or send email till after they sent it to collections
I never received any communications from this organization until a debt collector contacted me. Their billing department needs some major updates to the way they bill their clients.
Continue to send me a bill for a covered routine colonoscopy. Have been told numerous times for months they cannot bill per my insurance. Every time they say they will remove the bill. I keep getting bills. This has gone on for months!!!
Get control of the front office Andy calling people phone thinking she going talk crazy. It’s clear she is an old crazy hag working the phones and doesn’t need to be. She met her match today! I hope she enjoyed .
As soon as I stopped paying my bill they switched to deadnaming me, even though they have my new name on file and never had an issue with it prior, lol
