You can’t never get to a representative, the option menu numbers don’t work when you press 1, 2, 3, etc the automated service still talks, the online access website crashes I’m just fed up with this financial institution
If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!!!! I have been fighting for months for a receipt that my loan was paid off and closed as I am now trying to open a new loan I’m being denied because it shows my account is open and CHARGED OUT! And when I call asking for a receipt to prove it’s paid they want to continue beating around the bush as I have been fighting for this since November of 2023 I would NOT recommend Westlake for any kind of loan it has been a problem when I got my vehicle back in 2018 also I had a hard time even finding ... read more
