I was in here for about 35 minutes trying to match up screws. I didn’t see anyone that could help. Finally I started walking up to the front and solid gentleman with another customer who immediately made eye contact with me. I think his name was Clay. he came back and assisted me for about 20 minutes and I really appreciate himman. I hate that I forgot his name but it was about 1:00 PM on Sunday if the manager sees this post, I hope he can have an extra pay day off for the time and detail he spent with me.
DONT TRUST THIS STORES MANAGER!!!!! They tried to sell me a broken and inoperable Masterbuilt combo smoker and grill for $1400 and tried to hide the fact it did not work and would require hundreds of dollars to fix. In response to their comment, the checkout lady said the guys dropped it and they knew it was broken. The person it was ordered for refused it because they dropped it and broke it.
