Cameron was on time, polite and did his work quietly and efficiently. He also answered questions regarding operating the remote. I have recommended this company to others interested in purchasing a heat pump.
I had to leave early, so I p[aid him and left him to complete his checks.
Woke up the other morning with no heat coming from our 6yr old natural gas furnace, contacted Westisle on a Sunday, didn't want to pay time & half for weekend service, so they called first thing Monday morning, arranged appt for noon, then Bristol arrived 20 min early. Found him to be very courteous, professional and knowledgeable in explaining what could be going wrong. He then proceeded to fix the problem and so far so good, knock on wood, we are warm in our home once again! Would recommend Westisle... and Bristol.
