The service personnel have all been excellent. The quality of work has more than met my expectations. The booking of service has been done in friendly yet efficient manner. I will continue to utilize Westisle Heating for all my heating needs.
I found Peter from Westisle a very professional technician, he found a number of deficiencies that occurred when this Gas Furnace was originally installed in February 2021. The installer 360 Comfort Systems has reinspected this furnace a few times since and did not rectify Code infractions identified by Peter from Westisle Heating and cooling. Service call was on time and Stephanie showed care in her work. She spent extra time to ensure we know how to best work our heating units. This was all appreciated.
The technician was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It seems very steep to charge 45 minutes of travel from Duncan to Cobble Hill, on top of the $30 truck roll fee.
We had Bristol arrive for routine maintenance on our 10-year-old heat pump that was installed by another company. He was friendly, professional and thorough. Our heat pump has always been extremely noisy inside our home, and no one has ever come up with ideas as to why. Bristol checked that out as well. He was very knowledgeable and gave us sound solutions on what we could do to tone down the noise level. Overall, very happy with the service, Bristol answered all of our questions, and I would highly recommend him.
