June 24 2026: This review was written on JUNE 24, 26... The company's response refers to a previous assessment of my heat pump one year ago. I do not appear to be able to post this year's annual assessment review without last year's reply from Westisle Heating and cooling. I had scheduled my annual assessment of my Heat Pump, but had not yet turned it on for the first time. Karan did a wonderful job servicing our heat pump, heat exchanger, and furnace. He was incredibly respectful, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional. He even took the time to explain how to maintain our equipment for better use and care. When Karan ran into a tricky issue, he was completely transparent and let us know he would consult his senior peers to ensure the installation met perfect safety standards.
