Terrible company terrible customer service! Sent my daughter's tv in because it wouldn't come on. Had to pay $40 to do that. Btw that was back in November 2018. Is April 2019 and I kei getting the run around. Still haven't received a refund or an email saying when it will be mailed. I wouldn't recommend this tv company to anyone!

If you purchase any Westinghouse merchandise or electronics is not gonna last long it’s only going to last for about a few months or less than two years and the company will take forever giving you a refund it will take over a month before you get a refund so if you want A television or any other electronics or merchandise that’s going to last for a long time or if something goes wrong and you want your money back fast Sony or LG is the way to go and believe me I am telling you guys for personal experience because of this on... read more

They helped a scam campaign raise $200k on indiegogo, and never sent anything back to backers. Like many others, I paid $312 more than 2 years ago and never received anything. They clearly participated in this.
