Westinghouse Digital Elctro is worthless I bought the tv from best buy a year age the screen gets green swirlys and the white goes green. This tv sucks. will never buy one again and will make sure noonei know will buy one either...
I Agree With Anonymous I purchased a TV online from Dell. It was a Westinghouse as well. It broke 5 months after I had it. I was told to bring it to a local warehouse for a replacement. 40 days later and I am still waiting! Dell was useless. Westinghouse was even worse. Promises of phone calls never returned. Never any updates when I call their 1-800 number. I feel like my TV is being held hostage. Heed this advice. Don't buy a non Dell product online especially a Westinghouse!
Worst Service Ever My Mom bought a Westinghouse TV from Bestbuy. We had a problem with it. I delivered personally to the repair depot. The contact there said I would not receive this TV back, but go back to Best Buy and they would give us a new replacement. This did not happen which is understandable. However, customer service for Westinghouse is a call centre, and they are absolutely useless. We have called them over 15 times, always with the same results. "They can not tell us anything".
