I think they are overpriced. I paid $720 for Me and my wife. Also only one shower and was super cold water. Ritz-Carlton Spa way better on price multiple showers sauna Jacuzzi recommend them
Booked a Groupon massage and facial and found out they charged the full 20% on the actual price of the services, not on the discounted rates that I paid so that I thought was a bit sneaky. We went today and the waiting area in the spa was underwhelming sadly, only 2 chairs and very small area. We went at 10am and the spa was very cold like the Temperature was cold couldn’t relax. I purchased a facial and massage through a Groupon, which came with a very nice bundle that included valet parking, a glass of champagne, and also rooftop access. The overall experience of the salon was phenomenal, including The specialist that did my facial, Tiffany. It was by far the best experience I’ve had. The only thing that could have been better and why I didn’t give 5 starts was the gal that did my massage only focused on my lower legs - seriously, 90% of the time. Rebecca is an amazing nail tech at Westin. She is friendly and professional and extremely kind. She is knowledgeable about the spa and products. She makes you feel cared for. The salon is kept clean and smells great. Rebecca uses the best products for the skin and nails. Go for the day or stay overnight to experience the salon fully. Valet is included with spa and salon services. Rebecca will greet you and make you feel relaxed while she glams you up!
