Hospital faxed a post discharge prescription for routine medication I needed that day. I called when they opened and was told it would be ready at 10 am. I called back at 1pm to ask if it was ready and I was told that they do not have that medication. When I asked why they didn’t bother to call so that I may send it to a pharmacy down the street (which had it within 10 mins) the pharmacist said it was because she did not have my number. Prescription-only hole-in-the-wall drug store with unhelpful staff.
I ordered a prescription directly from Telus Health and after not hearing back for days, I called to see what was going on. They had it ready the next day which was nice, but they don’t accept cash. I was told this on the phone, but I wasn’t told that they don’t give change. It also looks kinda sketchy and is hard to hear anyone on the inside. Definitely the strangest pharmacy I’ve been to
