I went for the Friday tasting. Very informative and interesting. If you like Scotch, this is a must see. When not doing the tasting, they serve in the evenings and the hosts are very knowledgeable.
This was my first time here, and I loved the experience. I did not attend one of the tastings (known as "An Evening of Scotches"), which are held on Friday evenings. I was there Saturday evening where I was free to just grab seat. That said, you might still want to make a reservation if the hotel is busier than it was during my visit.
