Stay for 3 nights, reception was friendly, clean and good size room . But .. Should be 2 queen size bed , it’s not queen size for sure , maybe double ? And both the mattress are so worn out , both site are sagging. Very uncomfortable.
People are always professional. Thank you for letting me drive your guests. I was one of your courtesy yellow bus vip shuttle drivers. Hopefully you will invite me back next year. Thanks from Forest.
Hotel staff are friendly. Parking is managed by Impark and plagued by faulty equipment, poor security, and dirty all for an overpriced product. Do yourself a favour and use the lot managed by the city of Edmonton across the street.
Lovely room and hotel amenities. Staff were amazing! I forgot something in my room and Jennifer had it sent to be promptly. Thank you!
