The lobby is upscale & classy but it stops there. Hallways and rooms need a lot of attention. Room design choice looks hap hazardly tossed together, dated & run down. Not to mention maintenance seems to not be top priority. Attached picture of air vent in lobby women's restroom ceiling. Not only is this gross it's a health & safety issue. In room both TV & heat had issues. TV did not work at all. Heat kept turning off before reaching desired setting. Staff is also less than stellar. That valet price is nut and self park is a crazy high price per night I spent 2 days worth of dinner on parking ...lol
The hotel is in a nice location, the rooms are very small, elevator is noisy if you have a room near it. The staff doesn't appears to be interested in being friendly or helpful. The cafe for coffee doesn't open at a scheduled time or was late opening this particular Saturday so I walked to the convention center Starbucks for coffee. If you want a quick overnight this place is fine, if you are looking for an experience go somewhere else.
Had a fantastic stay last night, the staff was friendly and very quick even when there was a line at check in time. Very clean and would definitely stay there again!
