I can't stress enough to ensure to get everything in writing. Dealing with the warranty team is an absolute nightmare. They will lie and say they will honor things, and then run and hide behind warranty, the homes are made in a rush and the team generally are dismissive of serious issues. Choose wisely - if i had known, i probably would have gone with a better builder with a team that cares.
Bought a westin home in july 2020 and its almost a year and they have not resolved my lawn water drain problem. Every time you raise a warranty ticket they will send some guys to dig and replace SOD or put some sand. Really frustrated with after sales service from westin.
