Beautiful models! The Park Avenue is my favorite floor plan.
Two sales people each has different story, who is telling the truth. Second, no response hard to reach and get your questions answered. Third carpet in dining room makes no sense and according to one of the sales people, you get what they build as inventory which includes carpet in dining area. Rooms are way too small. I would not work with sales who are not honest.
